Abstract and Poster

Abstracts for the ISPO 2012 Congress

Participants who wish to give a poster presentation at the ISPO 2012 are requested to submit an abstract for review by the Scientific Committee.

General Rules

1) Structured Abstracts should be submitted in English and send per

    e-mail: obstet.obgyn@medunigraz.at.

2) Abstract submission has to be accompanied by registration.

Abstract content and format

Structured Abstracts should include the following:

- Contact details of the presenting author(s)

- Details of affiliations of the author(s): institution, city, country.

- Full name(s) of the author(s).

- Title of the abstract

* Objectives

* Materials and methods

* Results

* Conclusions

Style

200 words, font 12 Arial Narrow

Poster Exhibition

 

The poster exhibition will be held in the Main Auditorium. The authors will be given an information about the acceptance of their poster. Each accepted poster will be assigned a number at the registration desk corresponding to its display site.

The posters can be put up from 07:00 a.m. on March 3rd, 2012 and must be removed by 04:30 p.m.

at March 4th, 2012. We cannot guarantee the return of any poster left after 04.30 p.m. on Sunday.

 

Materials (tacks or magnet holders) to attach your poster will be available at the venue.

 

Size of posters should be A0 (84 x 119cm // 33,1 x 46,8 inches).

 

Poster prize

Posters will be judged and three poster prizes will be available through ISPO funds. Poster prize

winners will be announced on Sunday, March 04^th, 2012 in the final session.
